WILD GARDEN

The trend of baby’s breath, hessian and mason jars is being replaced by a more organic, loose, garden style. This style is evolving to become more refined too.

Thick garlands are turned into table runners decorated with lush blooms, and arrangements are full of old fashioned, fragrant roses, cottage flowers (scabiosa, clematis, astrantia) and trailing vines that look like they have been freshly picked from an English garden.

ECLECTIC

This style is suitable for the luxe boho bride wanting to recreate a exotic places with a nod to the ancient artisans of the region. The florals are bright, bold, and jewel toned and foliage is tropical - palms, succulents and vines - and reflect the colours used in the styling such as kilim rugs, brass vases and candlesticks and worn wicker furniture.

Macrame is very popular and believed to originate from 13th century Arabian weavers. These knotted pieces, such a table runners or wall hangings feature, can be decorated in many ways by attaching bottles filled with flowers or tying statement blooms or greenery on.

MARSALA

Pantone’s Colour of the Year. This subdued shade is earthy and works wonderfully for a base colour for a wedding. It works en-masse, as a highlight and adds depth and richness.

POTTED PLANTS

Potted Plants are becoming very popular. It's very chic, clean and modern when grouped with plants such as ferns, succulents, cyclamen, hellebores and herbs.

This style works perfectly for the minimalist bride or perhaps one who isn't fond of flowers but loves the look of lush greenery. It's very versatile and you can create many styled depending on the combination of plants used and the type of pot the plants sit in. Bud vases can be added to groupings for pops of colour and interest.

DELICATE HAIR FLOWERS

Ethereal, delicate hair flowers are the new flower crown and much easier to wear. They can be placed into the hair individually or chains of flowers can be woven into the hair to appear like beautiful jewels.
