Crystals, pearls, lace, metallic appliques and embroidery are some of the stunning features that make up the latest Vera Wang Fall/Winter 2015 Bridal Collection that is now available in Sydney stores.
The collection continues on with the same relaxed and sheer look that featured in the Spring/Summer collection. The gowns are a mix of long sleeve chantilly lace with crystal detailing, strapless bodice, plunging backs, large flower accents and silk crepe fabrics.
We were fortunate enough to have the Penelope Gown, a strapless silk crepe ballgown with architectural drape and hand applique chantilly lace train, in our office on display just after it arrived in the country. The gown was soft, elegant and had layer upon layer of delicate tulle. The architectural drape gave an incredible silhouette and feminine structure to the gown. The floral embroidery along the train created a spectacular effect from behind and we can imagine that it would look utterly magical as it floats down the ceremony aisle.
